I'm getting a really annoying, and very frequent error:
    Error loading C:\PROGRA~\1\INTERN~2\inetkw.dll
The specified module could not be found.

It's happened before and I've gotten rid of it but it seems to come back when I stream video files that are Real Player when WinAmp is my default player. Specifically from MTV.com - Could be a coincidence. Please help.
