why i got this error window popping up again and again?

x-port.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program.

an error log will be created

    and a cancel button below

x-port is a pc to ps2 usb program. everything works fine but when its reading or transfering it will pop up this msg.

sometimes i got it when using iexplorer.exe or some program.

is there any solutions to this problem....i am using windows 2000 professional. i have did all virus scan with norton.
