I have a Windows 7 32bit computer and just recently out of nowhere been having problems working with my music application Pro Tools along with a program that wraps vst plugins into rtas plugins that Pro Tools will be able to see now in the plugin section. So when I start up Pro Tools at the beginning it loads all plugins and 2 plugins show an error saying that its missing registry files, but worked perfectly before. Pro Tools is now loaded up and when I go to the wrapped plugins to load it up Pro Tools crashes and I get a error saying that I have a Video Hardware error with error's saying WERF9.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml and WER-118051073-0.sysdata.xml and
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Users\Lil Steve\AppData\Local\Temp\WER763.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml
    C:\Users\Lil Steve\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1317.tmp.appcompat.txt
    C:\Users\Lil Steve\AppData\Local\Temp\WER2D1D.tmp.hdmp

I did un install my graphics card and reinstalled it and it does the same thing with crashing. When I go to the Wrapper program and try to use it, it then freezes and closes and gives the same type of error messages. I will also say that the other plugins that were installed non wrapper program work fine..

First thing I would do is uninstall the two programs then reboot.
Then I would use a registry cleaner and clean the registry then reboot.
I would then and only then reinstall the two programs and see if the issue is fixed.

    If not...
Do you mean you just removed the driver or the actual card?
If so confirm that any attached power cords to the graphics card are tight and have not have come loose.

If you removed only the card be sure to remove the driver first using the
    Display Driver Uninstaller program:
    https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Best to do in safe mode.

If that fails try putting another graphics card in the computer in the place of the current one -or use the on-board motherboard graphics and boot to Windows. See if the programs work with that card or onboard.

If the programs DO work then it means the other Graphics card is going bad or the power cords are not in enough or the PSU is dying and can no longer support the power the GPU needs

However if the programs still DON'T work then it means the programs; or maybe a corrupted OS; or the PSU dying; or even a hard drive issue could be at play.
