Every time I turn on my comp, all these icons appear on the lower right corner indicating that various programs are starting up. With all of these on, my comp runs real slow. I always have to push Ctrl+Alt+Del and close each program one at a time. Is there a particular file which holds all these start up programs. I see one such folder on my comp but it only has about two of the programs. What to do?!

Start / run / msconfig/startup tab....use this list to compare to yours to figure out what can be shut down.
