Protecting WORD Data

    Hi all. I'm making a template and need to protect certain data within it. The template is going to be a fill in the blank so I will need portions of it unprotected.

    example;
    the following sentence would be write protected in cetain areas.
    "The brown fox jumps over the fence."
    the words 'The fox jumps over the" would be protected and the words brown and fence would be unprotected.

    What is the purpose of leaving SOME text unprotecte?
    If it is only for the purpose of allowing the user to enter some of their own text, then you likely need Fill-in Forms. Click on the Fill-in Forms link at:
