PSP 6.60 audio latency/fast forward/frequency/samplerate

Hello guys. Ive been googling this issue for weeks and i cant seem to find a solution. It looks like im the only one in the world that has this problem


My audio sounds like a chipmunk as if it is in fastforward after using psardumper. xmb audio are too fast and sound like chipmunks.I tried to downgrade from 6.60 to 6.20 but the issue still exists. For some weird reason, I can still play mp3s like normal, no distorsion or whatsoever. i also tried it with headphones and same results. I have psp 3000 6.60

Im really desperate. I've been searching and posting on a lot of forums but it looks like i am just being ignored. its sad. im sad.
