So I started a PC build and noticed the psu wasn't giving power or turning green. I read about the paper clip test for psu's and attempted it. Mistakenly (I feel very stupid) I didnt unplug my psu from my motherboard

The gpu fan spun and that's about it. I unplugged after a few seconds. Are all my parts damaged ?

Probably not as long as you jumped the green wire to ground.
The ONLY way you are going to find out for sure is to test the parts OR just complete the build.

BTW jumping a pw supply is next to useless. Unless you are doing it to test an old dvd drive or something similar, you are not really testing anything. A pw supply can fail and still turn On with a jumper.
