Hi, guys! Will a XFX XTR 650w 80+ Gold be enough for an incoming 9700k, ASUS Maximus Hero XI and a 1070ti (I already have a Corsair H100i v2, 2x 8gb Kingston Hyperx, 2x SSD and 3x Thermaltake Riing 120mm fans) or should I go for another PSU? Thanks!!!

As long as you do not intend on overclocking, you should be OK. If you do intend on OCing, then go with a higher wattage unit.
If your pw supply is more than 5yrs old, I would think about replacing the unit. As a general rule, I use a pw supply for 5yrs or so then change it out [even if no problems]
