I am having problems in trying to install a usb adapter that allows you to use a playstation game controller on your pc. It's a Kiko-joy USB adapter(picture here).
I installed the drivers that came(cd) with it, but after plugging it in, it does not show in my control panel/game controllers as pictured here. I did get a series of tooltip bubbles from my system tray/taskbar. It said that a problem occurred during hardware installation, your hardware may not function properly.
It showed up in my device manager with a little yellow warning flag by it. In trying to troubleshoot it, it said that this device cannot start(code 10).
I am running xp(home), and have a microsoft sidewinder gamepad installed(exactly like the guy in the linked article had). I also tried unplugging my sidewinder first, and re-installing kiko-joy drivers, but still no change/success.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
