punkbuster kicked

    Ive finally have gotten BF2 to install properly and the game loads,but now the when I go to play multi players I keep getting kicked by punkbuster,and this is what it says

    PunkBuster kicked player me (for 0 minutes)
    Restriction: service communication failure
    PnkBstrB.exe initializing failed

    Ive shut down my virus spyware etc.
    Still does the same thing.
    XPS 710
    intel core duo 6400 @2.13ghz
    2gig Ram 400 g hard drive
    DSL around a meg i think
    Am I Doome dor what with this game i have had it awhile and use to play it on my old comp alot and would to again

    is punk buster allowed through your firewall both a service and b service...have you also updated punkbuster by using punkbuster services?

    I tried all that except how do i find pukbstrB,I see no listing for that and i really think thats the prob Please Help Thanks John
