Hi there,

I have a Dell 600m laptop and the port for the charger broke. I went to see what it would take to get this fixed and they told me that I needed to call Dell to order a new motherboard. Dell wants to charge me a ridiculous amount, and I see on ebay that I can buy a motherboard for a lot less (and have someone local intstall it). Is there anyway someone could let me know how I know if I'm making a legitimate purchase, or is this just not worth it? Thanks so much!
