    Hi,

Is it possible for me to set up an Access form, so that there is a field on the form that automatically puts in the last date that any info on the form was changed?

    Thanks so much.

    Kenneth,

Do you know if it is possible to do this with a table/query? If any of the field get changed, change a field named Last Updated to today's date...

If you are using a "secured" database with log-in required you can also record who changed the data as well.
