I belong to a forum for the disabled and for some reason we are not receiving emails when replies are being made and they cannot figure out how to fix it. How can I find out who thinks this forum so I may help get this issue resolved?

What do you mean by "who thinks this forum"? Are you trying to find out who owns and operates it?

If so, you said "they" cannot figure out how to fix it. Who is they if not the site owner please?

Sorry I meant to say who makes this forum. I am not sure who actually owns it but I'd like to come up with a suggestion on how they could fix the issue.

I'd suggest you contact the Administrator whose name is Jim at his email address: [email protected]

I would mention to him that their "contact us" links at the bottom of the pages aren't working. I get a 404 not found error. That would normally be the preferred method to contact them when having issues with the site.

The problem's been going on for over a year and it doesn't look like it will be fixed anytime soon. Unfortunately they're having problems with running the site and updating the software.

Reading back the original posts first message it sounds like he's aware of that thread.
