I've been looking for awhile for a capture card with component style inputs and while browsing newegg, I found this.
It's the only one I have found with actual component inputs (that isnt one of those $1000 super high-end cards you can only find on professional sites.)
My question is will this thing be able to record input from sources such as 480p, 720p, etc? (as opposed to only 480i)
Many if not all cards have s-video but this still does not allow for anything better than 480i and manually trying to deinterlace videos has proven less than successful for me.
Iv'e searched but cannot find any reviews or further specifications on this card.
Will you be able to plug in a 480p or higher source (in my case, ps2 and xbox) and expect this thing to record it at those reses? I really hope so, this is totally driving me crazy!
