Question on computer regestry

    :confused: I've just gotten a used computer from a garage sale. My question is this is it possible to change who the computer is registered to without reinstalling windows

    If it's running Win98 or ME, you can edit "RegisteredOwner" in
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
