    For anyone who knows...

Me and my grandma have simular laptops... I have an HP Pavilion DV2000 series with a Centrino processor, and she was a DV 6000 series with an AMD 64X2 processor. Both of us have 1gb of RAM and 100gb HDDs.

Her computer, has an Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 graphics card and I have a Mobile Intel 945GM Express graphics card...

Wondering, could I swap the video cards pretty easily? What would this require? Thanks.

    Howdy scene9...

    Nope...they're soldered onto the board...

You would have to swap out motherboards (which I wouldn't recomend, get your self in trouble with grandma here ;) ), if they would even fit...

Swapping motherboards would be pretty much the same as switching computers.
