If I want to run a report to show ONLY orders that have not been delivered yet how would I set the criteria?

depends on how you have set your table up - but you could look for records which have a null delivery dates. - that will only provides records with no delivery date
how do you know in your tables that a delivery has taken place.

We enter in the form when an order has delivered. What would I put in the criteria of the query? Criteria = null ??

yes - if the cell is full of nulls
if its a date field sometimes it can use a default date of something like 1-1-1904 cant remember exactly in access
run a query and set a row limit and see what you have in the field when blank
try a tst using = null
