Quickbooks Automated Billbacks

    I manage rental properties. I have set up quickbooks so that my tenants are automatically invoiced each month for rent due. However, in addition to rent, there are various expenses throughtout the month, such as maintenance materials, that I billback to tenants. After entering the expenses, assigning them to the tenant (customer), and checking the billable box, these costs still do not show up on the tenant accounts. These costs must be invoiced before they show up on the tenant account.

    Is it possible to create an automatic invoicing function that will pull these billable costs out and invoice my tenants each month?
