Hopefully someone can come to my rescue. Recently I had to use my recovery CD's for my HP Computer and in the process I apparently wiped out the key code for my Quickbooks. Now whenever I try to start up QB I get the message that the system cannot find a valid key code, and that I need to uninstall and reinstall QB. That would be quite simple if I could find my CD's (3 children and one big house). So now the predicament is this - is there anywhere or anyway that I can insert the key code (which I do have) or is there a way to reinstall QB without the CD (i.e... zip backup complete QB directory). Hopefully someone out there can help.

    Thank you

YOur best best bet would be to reinstall the whole application again. If you registered it and have your registration code they should send you a new set of CD's for a minimal charge.
