I have recently come up with a problem with my laptop where my radeon graphic drivers have a code 43. I never ran into this problem before so naturally I google it and try to go through some steps to fix it.

-I have tried updated the drivers using DDU
-I have tried uninstalling the drivers then restarting my computer
-I have attempt to disable and re-enable them

When I tried the last one, I could get one, but not both to show that the error had gone away. When both were disabled and I reenabled one graphic driver it appeared to work, however as soon as I tried to enable the second one, it showed the code 43 once again.

Hello, please install or reinstall AMD software from bellow link:
https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-software

reboot computer, then use bellow link to auto detect drivers:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-driver-autodetect

Note if above tool doesn't install drivers, for example because you're laptop user then make sure
to download and install drivers from your laptop manufacturer site.
reboot is required after installing drivers, if installation isn't success because driver not new,
uninstall previous driver and try again.

then follow bellow instructions to set up switchable GPU settings:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-017

The error code 43 means:
This may mean that the device has a hardware problem, or that the driver or driver software is failing

I tried this, and I am still running into the same problem, although now I can get one of the drivers to function properly, but if I try to start up AMD software it does not recognize there is any AMD software on my device.

I do thank you for your help thus far, but even after repeating everything just to make sure I didn't miss anything they still show the error.

When I start in safe mode minimal the error doesn't show, and now I can disable the AMD Radeon R7 Grapics driver reenable it, and it wont show the error, however as soon as I try to do the same with the other it causes both drivers to show the error once more. So, is it a specific setting with that? Or am I missing something else more vital?

I'm not sure if there are any useful logs in event viewer but we can try out,
It's questionable as to why would you need to disable GPU manually??

Please follow bellow steps to share event logs:

1. Right click on Windows button and click on "Windows PowerShell (Admin)"
2. copy/paste all of the bellow code at once and right click into console then hit enter

Code:
Get-EventLog -LogName System -EntryType Error | ? Source -ne DCOM |
select EventID, TimeGenerated, Source, Message | sort TimeGenerated -Descending | fl > C:\system.log
3. copy/paste all of the bellow code at once and right click into console then hit enter

Code:
Get-EventLog -LogName HardwareEvents -EntryType Error, Warning -Newest 200 -EA Ignore |
select EventID, TimeGenerated, Source, Message | sort TimeGenerated -Descending | fl > C:\hardware.log
4. copy/paste all of the bellow code at once and right click into console then hit enter

Code:
Get-WinEvent -LogName Setup | select Id, TimeCreated, LevelDisplayName, Message | fl > C:\setup.log
5. copy/paste all of the bellow code at once and right click into console then hit enter

Code:
Get-EventLog -LogName Application -EntryType Error, Warning |
select EventID, TimeGenerated, Source, Message | sort TimeGenerated -Descending | fl > C:\application.log
7. This will create 4 log files in your C drive
8. Zip them all and attach to your new reply

For more information about event log see:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...oblems-with-event-viewer-in-microsoft-windows

Please also take a look into:
C:\Program Files\AMD
Grab any logs you find zip up and share.

You said it work fine in safe mode, unless you start disabling GPU manually which you should not do, and failed to answer why you're doing it?

The reasons for these errors could be many, and I suspect it's either corrupt file system or corrupt windows image.
Please start basic checks by following bellow tutorial:
https://forums.techguy.org/threads/using-the-sfc-and-dism-to-repair-windows-10.1235557/

If there are errors with these commands, select them all with mouse in the console and paste into file.
Share your report here.

Another option is to use installation image to try out "Repair my Computer" option.

alright thank you I will try it, and I was not disabling it in safe mode, but in normal mode to see if simply resetting them could get them to start back up. I will try out the options tough so thank you so much and I will post back here if I have any results.

I received no errors when going through the two system tools, However when I tried to reboot my laptop and go into advanced boot options using both F8 and F11 it would not come up. Do you recommend I try creating a bootable drive on my laptop and repairing it that way?

Ah, now there is suddenly another problem, which is a good indicator that system is going out of control.

Your very first step is to backup all your data you care about onto another external disk so that if things go wrong for what ever reason your personal data is safe.

I don't know about F8 or F11 but to enter safe mode see bellow link:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

For more recovery options and how to use them see:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options

See which method is the easiest to you from second link, make sure to read instructions, if you have additional questions feel free to ask.

I tried some things, and ended up resetting my computer, but keeping just my personal files. When it got done I booted up my laptop only to find both of my drivers still not working. I, think Im better off just buying a new computer at this point.

Please post minimum system info to see more about your computer:
TSG_SystemInfo

If your computer is still under warranty you can get GPU replaced for free, it could be hardware problem, maybe just re-attaching it could work.
