Whats the difference between high and low density in RAM. Is it important that I stick with one type or are they interchangeable?

    Welcome to TSG!

Are you asking about SIMM's or DIMM's? With SIMM's the one bank needs to be all the same capacity. With DIMM's it's not a problem. But how much will your CMOS work with? That could be another problem.

DIMM's are what I'm asking about. And you mentioned CMOS, You're going to have to be a little more descriptive on that. I have NO idea what your talkin about. I only know enough about computers to get me into trouble.
    Thanks
