ram identification

    I have a ram listed : POWMEM ***'Y IN USA 8560.4643

    the chips them selves say : F TAIWAN 81117822E-100FN 9816 B39

    On the backside I see : B6483B

    can anyone identify the ram specifications for me? I've looked and I am still not clear.

    looks like it only runs on win32

    Sounds like a Fujitsu 16mb SDRAM module. I believe they're PC-66 speed, probably not useful for much in today's inflated memory capacity systems. :)
