Multiple programs I've downloaded have told me that my Foxconn motherboard supports DDR2 RAM. Problem is, my 1 gig stick of DDR2 doesn't fit. What am I missing?

You need to post the exact model number of your motherboard and revision number if applicable.

My guess is that the pin count on your stick of RAM isn't compatible with the memory slot you have in your motherboard. To find out how many pins you need in your Memory slot look online and find the model and brand of your motherboard. Then go purchase the RAM with the correct number of pins. Just a tip it does require some force to put the RAM stick in the memory slot. Also make sure you are putting the RAM in the right direction.
