    Can someone tell me? ..
    1. Now when I multi function everything naturally slows, especially when the internet is involved. My question ,Would more memory help the to speed up the loading of individual pages?

    2. What is the maximum RAM will my computer tolerate safely?

    Thanks.

    XP Home SP3 2.6 Gig. 1.5 Ram

Can you give us more detailed specs, and programs that you are running? What browser etc.

Most likely 1.5GB is more than enough for what you are running.
