Enclosed is a screencapture of what SpyBot found.
    :
I downloaded all updates except skins, "System Internals" & "Tracks" were UNchecked, & I think all box's in the "Expert" section are unchecked.
I also had everything off except Explorer & Systray when I ran SpyBot.
    :
Now, everything I see with a red ! is ok to remove, correct? I was just wondering about those associated with the Registry, & what they did.

Yes you can remove them all. Those registry keys found can also safely be removed. Someone else may be able to be specific about those two. Highlight by clicking once on those items and if the button at the bottom is lit up you can check the description. That may give you the info you seek.

Click on a problem it has found and Spybot will give a description, company, web site, and privacy policy.

Hey Gary, nice to see you again. Glad you decided to give it a run. I'm amazed at how few items are found on a first time scan. Be sure to keep up the updates.

Kinda dumb question, I guess :) The Registry ones are OK to remove? -- just wanted to confirm it.
Had the Comp. since Sept. 2001, & have never even looked at the Registry....
    Here's the system I'm using.

Yep its all Ok to remove. I even scan system internals and usage tracks without a problem,
mViOkPe- i think Gary has been using AdAware regularly and each has a few things that it finds the other one doesn't.
