Everytime I start my pc or during day I get this error messege.

It usually stacks like that because my pc was left on overnight, so it happens every 2 hours or so. I have no idea what this links to but it just started happening after I formated my pc, although I dont know why this started coming after many formats. Any advice?
    Thanks.

Have you downloaded anything after a fresh install? It could be one of a few things, there are small viruses that perform such tasks that are there strictly to annoy you, or it could be a problem with the OS, or something in start-up. Try this: go to Start>run> now type "msconfig" without the quotes of course, and go to the start up tab. There should be windows core files that boot, and applications. I would start by narrowing it down to see if the problem resides in startup, unchecking one by one, saving and restarting.
