Random freezing

This issue started a few days ago, the computer stops responding and I've had to restart multiple times with the power switch on the back.

Any suggestions?

By far the simplest fix is to use Windows System Restore to roll Windows back to a point in time when your computer was functioning correctly. It allows you to undo system changes without affecting your personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos.

If that doesn't help, try restoring an earlier system image or backup.

It also lists Antivirus as NONE. Are you not running any antivirus protection? Is the Cpu heatsink and fan free of dust buildup? What are your temps and voltage readings reporting in the BIOS?
