I have a WinXP SP3 machine that is now freezing randomly. Nothing shows up in the Event Viewer and it happens randomly. Nothing has been installed or uninstalled. The machine is mostly used for internet using Google Chrome.

I've already used msconfig to disable most things on boot.

    Any ideas?

[EDIT] Now when it boots into the OS, it freezes. It gets to the login screen sometime but when it does the mouse/keyboard don't respond (but they are on) and then the monitor turns off.
