The computer randomly restarts and the monitor clicks off and on periodically. Could this be insufficient power or some other kind of problem. This is the second motherboard i have used and the second video card purchased.
    Asus A7N8X-X MB
    Athlon XP Barton 3200+
    1GB DDR PC2700 MBRAM
    GeForce 5800
    Please help

It could be your power supply. It's not so much the wattage that might be causing it as it could be just a crappy supply. What brand and wattage are you using? Also keep an eye on your heat levels, it could be a cooling issue as well, though that wouldn't explain your monitor clicking off.
