    Personally,
I've seen a lot of spyware come from mainly

    Illegal
    Pornographic
    "Search Engines"
    and toolbar...

    sites.

Just make sure you run your spywareblaster, ad-aware, and spybot weekly...
As well, it's always good to have a DECENT ANTI-VIRUS TOOL.

Here's a good one called AVG.. It's made by GRISOFT
and It's already blocked some hacker trying to force his files onto me...

    http://grisoft.com

And NEVER click yes to any of the phony things you see online...
If you get a popup that says.. "Do you want to trust..?"
    etc...
Make sure you actually know what your getting yourselfs into...
There's one common popup on most illegal sites that popup with
their toolbar... asking if you want to "trust" them...

    If you click no..
A popup comes up saying.. "YOU MUST CLICK YES TO CONTINUE!"

    Guys.. Don't click yes...
If it keeps popping up after 8 or so times... just leave the site...
Be it ALT CONTROL DELETE and close IEXPLORER or ALT F4 sometimes works...

    As well,
    Pornographic sites deplete the mind,
    stop going to them!

    Friendly advice from...
