Hi there,

My wife's laptop has many issues these days.

1) She found some viruses with Malwarebytes and ESET. It's very slow to shut down and especially to start back again.

2)After putting the password to go to the desktop, there was a black screen and nothing happened. I had to restart it 2-3 times until the desktop finally loaded properly.

3)Sometimes as well, the fan doesn't stop running and the computer heat rises a lot.

I am sure it is not totally clean and probably miss some partitions. Well, I don't know what to do to fix it. Please, I need you assistance for this.

Thank you kindly!

EDIT: Windows Vista 32x
