RE: cannot install hp 1600 series printer on XP

Hi Guys, can install all the priogram for the all in one but machine cannot fiind the printer checked USB and installed on an other machine but will not on this one its media player version of XP could that have anything to do with it.

What happens when you plug the usb in? . . do you see the "Found new hardware" balloon?

yupe then will not install say there isaproblem andhardware will not work
