re focusing?

    Is there any way to refocus a slightly blurred photo? (like they do in the cops & robbers movies? or is that all bull*****!)
    I wish to read a sign that is slightly out of focus.
    I have adobe 7 but cant see any way with that.

    win XP, 256 RAM,2.7GHz.

    It's bull-loney..post the picture here...someone may be able to make it readable but it will never be focused
