Hi, I just re-installed my PC due to its many worms, etc.
    Here's my HiJackThis log.
Please help me go through this and tell me about my problems.

I also found that things like winsysi, inmwsktti and spoolsvc keep trying to access the NET. My Avast found spoolsvc to be infected. I've tried to delete it on the next startup, but don't think its successful.
    Please help me out...

    Thanks

    GET AN ANTI-VIRUS HERE (FREE):

    http://forums.techguy.org/t110854.html

I'd go with AVG free antivirus

***NOTE*** Disable any active resident Anti-virus program before running the scans

Run at least one of these two on-line anti-virus programs.

As applicable, make sure the "heuristics" and "Auto Clean" boxes are checked.

If anything's found, allow it to clean the file. If it's "uncleanable" DELETE everything the virus scan finds.

Re-start the computer between each scan.

    Trend Micro's free on-line scan

    Panda's free on-line scan
