What level would you suggest keeping the READ-AHEAD OPTIMIZATION set at on a computer with just 64mb of RAM?

I have heard all sorts of different opinions on this...... from 100%, 25% etc....

What would you suggest for low RAM systems...... and, for that matter..... PCs in general?

    Thank you

The Windows default setting is 100%. I'd leave it there.
