Reading a pps file

    Most of us have some version of PowerPoint on our system and therefore can view a pps slideshow that is sent to us as an email attachment. Some recipients, however, cannot.

    If someone does not have PowerPoint on their system, what is needed to view a pps file?

    that does assume they do NOT have powerpoint installed - otherwise its a different problem
