Reading email from another computer

    Hi their.

    I currently have a hotel and we just purchased a laptop and we have had for many years is the office computer where we get all our emails for the hotel and bookings information, our email was purchased along time ago.. all we do is open the email we have on windows xp and read it thew that outlook email thing.. but we now have a laptop which I want to read my emails from my computer in the office.. how do I go about setting this up? I'm fine with computers and have used them for along time but never have I been in this situation.

    Hi,
    You have a email addr something like @googlemail.com or @hotmail.com or @something.co.uk or ...

    if you post that last part (not the full email addr though) it may be easier to help you.
    Don't put whole addr 'cos of spambots http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spambot

    Dam, seems abit to annoying and can't do it.. guess we'll just leave it, sold the hotel anyway in a big deal with the council , we are out soon so theirs no point.. just leave it as it is, can;t afford to make a mistake because we have a website and email and all of it's got to be working so if I make one mistake it could lose our customers and people complaining.. thanks anyway for the help..
