I have purchased a good used Dell laptop after a spillage of red wine on an old HP laptop. On the HP, I installed Microsoft Office 2017, which I bought off EBay. I remember when I installed it, it said I could also install it on 2/3 other computers belonging to me...I wish to install the 2017 office on my new (ish) laptop. The problem is, I have lost the copy of the Key....Is there any way I cane find the key on my HP (it still has some functions working after the spillage)...I thought Belarc Advisor might do the trick but it didn’t.

    Really would appreciate help.

    should give you the key

    office 2017 ?
I suspect you mean office 2016 - this is usually authenticated via a ms live email account , was this a subscription service you purchased office 365 ?
or did you buy a multiple PC version , usually quite expensive for a standalone verison and for home use ?
