I get this whenever I try to run the program. I've un & re-installed it, checking temp and system folders, uninstalling all versions etc.. I've even reinstalled Windows 98SE, checked system files, etc.!
Any verified solution is welcome. I am aware of troubleshooting procedures whereby you eliminate settings/devices/TSRs etc. then reboot ad infinitum. These solutions have not worked for me. I would like a VERIFIED solution for this particular problem, if you know it, not just a list of troubleshooting procedures that do not provide a solution.REALPLAY caused a general protection fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0002:00007aaf.

    Hiya and welcome

Have you tried scandisk? It has worked with some people in the past on that error.
