ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS (support site)
That brand/model motherboard has integrated Realtek ALC662 High Definition Audio
The most current Windows 7 64-bit driver for it is located HERE.
Note: Select one of the "Download @ MajorGeeks" links.

There appears to be an issue with the Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit operating system in that computer, so please do the following in it:
Download MGADiag and save it to your desktop.
Double-click on MGADiag.exe to launch the program.
Click "Continue".
Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).
Click the "Copy" button, then leave the report window open.
Paste the report back here in your next reply.

I have no idea why you divided that 500 GB(465 GB actual capacity) hard drive into 4 partitions.
They're either too small or have very little free space left, so that eventually is going to cause issues.

Thanks for submitting a MGADiag log.
That appears to be a non-genuine copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit which is licensed to a Dell Alienware.
We don't provide help here with a non-genuine Windows operating system.
If my suspicion is correct, your thread will be closed by one of our Moderators.
