I'm sure many people have seen that message becuase they possibly set the wrong hard drive to boot. Well thats sort of my problem, but mines a little more complex. My Motherboard wont read anything. Not detected is all my bios read. No cd drives(dont even open, yet getting power), no hard drives, no usb ports, no floppy, nothing. Reset the jumpers, checked connections, messed with bios, unplugged things to a bare minumim. Nothing. I did nothing to damages anything. I just removed a bad SATA hard drive and replaced it with a new SATA one. After trying the bare minum and getting nothing i plugged everything back in reset the jumpers and now it wont even post the bios. Thanks for your help.

You could try a new CMOS battery (CR2032 button cell)......

Have a visual check on your MoBo capacitors:
