Reboot

    So I have been asked to fix a laptop. When it’s turned on it shows the ASU’s logo then shuts down and repeats this. I’ve tried F9 to reboot but it doesn’t seem to work.

    I assume you mean ASUS rather than ASU?
    What is the exact model?
    What operating system in installed?

    Yes I ment ASUS. E200H
    And I don’t know what operating system. My friend just asked my to fix it for her.

    Can you get into the Bios by tapping F2 just after switching the laptop on ?

    In the Bios check that the HDD/SSD is the first boot device, if not make it so then see if gets to Windows now.

    When I go on F2 it doesnt give me the option to chance BIOS

    You are looking at the first tab in the BIOS, Main. Tap the --> twice to move it to the Boot tab.
