Recommendation for hub

    I have a Net Gear 8 port hub and 8 port switch. For some reason, they have started to drop the network connections and crash our system. I need to get a new 16 port hub and am looking for input regarding any of the brands or specific equipment that have proven reliable. Thanks in advance.

    I have been 100% successful with Netgear stuff, I've used it for years. It's pretty hard to believe that two devices are failing, any chance it's another issue, like cabling or network configuration?

    My network guy had me test it and this appears to be the problem again. I have been surprised, too, but it's cheaper to replace these than to pay someone to test further at this point. However, going forward I'd switch to a 16 port hub.
