reconfigure message on reboot

    Everytime I turn my computer on I get a message that the hard drive and sometimes the CD-ROM have been reconfigured. It says press F1 to save changes. It does this everytime and sometimes the cd-rom drive is missing afterwards. Windows 95, on a networked computer.
