I use Total Recorder to record any audio from my PC, and save it as .wav, Mp3, etc. Is there any program that will allow me to do that with video?

The source could be any video I might watch on the Web, thecoalman.

Google Camstudio, this creates a new file though. There are programs to grab the video file itself. Look in the tool sections here www.videohelp.com/tools

I tried both Snagit and Easy Video Capture, but I can't get them to record the sound on the video. I tried some adjustments to my settings, but haven't ben successful.
