    Hi all,

I deleted my Outlook .pst files and I need to recover; i purchased PC Tools data recovery program but it's not working for me.

At my work place we work on a roaming profile; i had problems loading my profile this morning and what i normally do is reload my profile by deleting my profile and then restarting my machine. I've done this before with no problems but this time it deleted my .pst file. Is there something else I can do to recover or get my .pst file back?

    Thank you in advance.

    Dan O,
thanks for the advice but i didn't find the file in there either.

    Karbo,
I'll give Recover Files 2 a try but I'm starting to think that the .pst files weren't deleted. Moved possibly? I've tried searching for them on my computer but nothing...could the type of profile im using be a factor? could i possibly retrieve the file from the server?

You could also check out this free file recovery program,I just saw it recommended earlier tonight on Lifehacker and went to their website. Can't say how well it works but it is another option.
