I was installing mandrake and I forgot to remove my secondary drive while installing mandrake on a foreign drive by pluggin it in where my primary drive would be.

I installed mandrake on the foreign drive and put everything back together.

Now XP shows my secondary drive which I accidentaly left plugged in while installing mandrake as empty. It says its unformatted. This is messed up.

Years of music and family pictures where in that drive someone plz help.

Did mandrake format that drive as well?

Can I use some prog to recover the data?

    Hi There!

There are a couple programs that can recover data but you're gonna pay for it because they aren't cheap.

You might try searching out a "Data Recovery" company and for a fee, then can most likely get everything back.

    Good Luck!
