Here's the problem: I somehow have two Apple ID accounts, one associated with an old Yahoo email address and the other associated with my work email. I've forgotten the password to the old @yahoo.com account, so I can't get those songs and movies or apps off the cloud or the iTunes store on to my new Mac and phone. Everytime I try to recover the password for the old Apple ID account, I get prompted to log in to the newer account, so I can never recover the password for the old account.

Is there any way that I can recover the password for the old account, or update the account so I can create a new password?

Let me know what additional information I need to provide.

First, make sure you are logged out of your Apple account. Next, go to login, type in your old Apple ID and click on forgot pw. That should bring you to the security page. Once at the page, you will need to verify yourself. Once you do that, you'll be able to change your pw and you should be good to go.
