I'm going to recovery my SONY pcg-sr5k laptop OS window 2000. however, it can't read the recovery disc by using usb port cd-rom. A friend told me that I have to use pcmcia cd-rom for doing this. but it's really hard to find this kind cd-rom right now, and I don't want spent money on out-dated product. Is there any other way to do the recovery? or any connector can be used to make usb cd-rom work on this as pcmcia?
