I'm running WindowsXP Professional Edition. Something's seriously wrong with my Recycle Bin. There's nothing in my recycle bin, yet I can click Empty Recycle Bin. When I do, I get asked Are you sure you want to delete "WINDOWS"? If I click yes I get an error message saying Cannot delete Dc5: Access is denied, make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use. How can this be fixed?

Never mind, it stopped after I deleted two real files.
